The Diamond Intel Scanner is a Chrome extension that scans your MLB The Show 26 inventory and syncs it with The Vault. Since it's not on the Chrome Web Store yet, you'll install it manually — it only takes a minute.

Download from Google DriveFind the downloaded ZIP file (usually in your Downloads folder) and extract it. You should end up with a folder called diamond-intel-extension containing files like manifest.json, popup.html, and content.js. Remember where you put this folder — you'll need it in the next step.
In Chrome, navigate to:
chrome://extensionsOr go to Menu (…) → Extensions → Manage Extensions.
In the top-right corner of the Extensions page, flip the Developer mode toggle to ON. This lets you load extensions that aren't from the Chrome Web Store.
Click Load unpacked (top-left of the page), then select the diamond-intel-extension folder you unzipped. The Diamond Intel Scanner should now appear in your extensions list with a green puzzle-piece icon.
Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin Diamond Intel Scanner so it's always one click away.
1. Go to mlb26.theshow.com and log in to your account.
2. Click the Diamond Intel Scanner icon in your toolbar.
3. Hit Scan Inventory. The extension will read your binder and find all sellable duplicates, equipment, and collectibles.
4. Once the scan completes, head back to Diamond Intel and open The Vault. Your inventory syncs automatically — no account needed.
Make sure you selected the folder that contains manifest.json directly — not a parent folder or the ZIP file itself.
Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's top-right and make sure Diamond Intel Scanner is pinned (the pin icon should be blue).
Make sure you're on mlb26.theshow.com (not mlb25 or another year) and that you're logged in before scanning.
After scanning, visit Diamond Intel in the same Chrome browser. The extension writes to your browser's local storage, so it won't transfer between browsers or devices.
When a new version is available, download the updated folder from Google Drive, replace the old folder on your computer, then go to chrome://extensions and click the reload icon (↻) on the Diamond Intel Scanner card.
